Re: Spider-Man cues

I should also mention that I have JW 377, 380, 382, 385, and 386
No Spideys there.

Re: Spider-Man cues

SPIDEYS FOUND!

JW 383 Side A had the following tracks:

The Serpent -  H. Neubrand & T. Windholz - 2:54
Fight and Death -  H. Daum - 2:12
Mysterious Cave - H. Daum - 0:53
At Twilight -  H. Neubrand - 2:05
Quiet Reflection -  H. Neubrand - 3:16

"The Serpent" - 'Spidey Science' - used in "The Vanishing Doctor Vespasian" and "Up From Nowhere"
"Fight and Death" - birth of Vine - used in "Vine"
"Mysterious Cave" - Smithers explains radium gem history - from "Vine" - sounds like Scriabin
"Quiet Reflection" - used in "Revolt in the Fifth Dimension"

"At Twilight" does not seem to be used anywhere in Spider-Man. And I have yet to find the "Vine" death track. But I am more than happy with what I did find. Thank you, TServo2049, for pointing me in the right direction.

Re: Spider-Man cues

Glad to have helped. I will go through and post the other SABAM database info eventually, have just been busy with other things.

I will warn you in advance, though, I may not be able to find out what discs some of the other tracks are actually on. There are still big holes in the JW and Conroy 78/10" discographies.

Re: Spider-Man cues

I found this much from SABAM:

Some of these may be Marvel Super Heroes tracks.
They are probably either JW Theme Music (JW 350-400) or Conroy (BM or early BMLP),.

Larry Ashmore - Apprehensions 3 - 3:00 [dimension x?}
Larry Ashmore - Dark Shadow [pardo cat prowl?]
Larry Ashmore - Evil Crescendo
Larry Ashmore - Fever Pitch
Larry Ashmore - Whirlygig
Brian Farnon - ? - 3:00 - Berry/Conroy
Heinrich Feischner - Dark event [pardo]
Heinrich Feischner - Panic Station - not the same as Kenny Graham's "Panic Stations"
Heinrich Feischner - Suspense
Heinrich Feischner - Tense Approach
Paul Gerard - Dramatic Tableaus - Conroy BM 416
Jimmy Leach - Hurry in Space
Jacques Loussier - Cha Cha Cha - Conroy BMLP 004
Van Phillips - Trouble Spot - Conroy
Robert Sharples - Shock Treatments
Leon G. Sillis - Chronometry [neptune cave & cloud city volcano?]
Leon G. Sillis - Furious Encounter - 0:34
Leon G. Sillis - Portents - 3:00
Leon G. Sillis - Quicksand - 1:06
Len Stevens - Free Burns
Van Parys - Early Bird - Conroy BMLP 004
Paul A. Williams - Comedy Chase Sequence - JW 385

Re: Spider-Man cues

Out of those I can pick out the following:

JW 384 - Three Apprehensions & Whirlygig
BM 414 - Trouble Spot

In addition, BM 416 is titled "Dramatic Tableaux" which is a suite of seven pieces.

Re: Spider-Man cues

Robert Sharples - Shock Treatments - BMLP 044
Len Stevens - Fire Burns - BMLP 044

This reminds me of an early Dawn of the Dead cure list I saw- because they were hand written and others had passed on titles verbally and re-written them many titles were in accurate.  I would imagine as it's the same LP it's Fire Burns you're after.

It could very well be. I honestly thought that "Free Burns" was a term from rocketry, given that the mid-60s were the height of the Space Age.

Re: Spider-Man cues

So, I was wondering something...

Since you all have access to these tracks, could we ever see these uploaded to YouTube soon?

Sorry to ask that, it's just that I have no access to any of these vinyls, and I really want these tracks.

Also, I've found some other songs on SABAM.

Ant Banks - Unnamed 3 minute composition (Listed on SABAM as "SPIDERMAN". Attributed to Berry Music Corp.)
Syd Dale - Danger: Musicians at Work - 0:30 [Skyboy]
Brian Farnon - Unnamed 3 minute composition (Listed on SABAM as "SPIDERMAN". Attributed to Berry Music Corp.)
Paul Gerard - Calculated Risk - 0:24 [Skyboy] (On SABAM, his first name is not listed.)
Paul Gerard - Compulsion - 0:34 [Skyboy]
Paul Gerard - Mesmerism - 1:03 [Skyboy]
Paul Gerard - Parataxis - 1:06 [Skyboy]
Paul Gerard - Photosphere - 0:37 [Skyboy]
Paul Gerard - Spasms - 0:37 [Skyboy]
Keith Palmer - Softly She Sleeps (Feel like this one is incorrect.)
Wladimir Selinsky - Velocity - 1:10 [Skyboy]

Could all these Paul Gerard tracks possibly be the unknown stuff from Skyboy that isn't from MSH? Not the music from "Vine" and "Sorceror", I'm talking about the music heard all throughout this episode that was never used again.

Also, Jimmy, why didn't you ever make a timing list for Season 3? Is it because Season 3 had so many unknown tracks there was no point in a list?

Sorry to have made such a wall of text.

Re: Spider-Man cues

I think the Alan Langford stuff is from JW.

Re: Spider-Man cues

Danger Musicians At Work - KPM 1017
Parataxis & Photosphere - BM 416

I wouldn't be surprised if those other Paul Gerard pieces were on BM 415/417. Velocity is probably from the Video Moods label (or another Emil Ascher label).
